• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify any part of the service

5. Payment and Refunds

All video purchases are final. We offer a preview feature that allows you to review your video before payment. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

MatchHype shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific video in question.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
